Timur has a keen eye for detail when appraising new sites from a financial perspective and works tirelessly to continue to build our relationships with financial institutions and investors.

​

Timur comes from a civil engineering and construction  family background. Timur has a Masters Degree in Financial Analysis and Fund Management from the University of Exeter and became a successful high frequency trader in the City after starting his career as an Economics lecturer.  

​

Timur started investing in and developing property in 2010 and has built up a portfolio of high cash flowing properties in Greater London and has developed multiple new build and conversions across South and South East London.  

​

Timur has undertaken major development projects in Croydon, Forest Hill, Greenwich, Crystal Palace, Streatham, Bermondsey and Selhurst.

​

Alongside a wide range of sports, Timur's hobbies have included various martial arts, summarised in 4 gold and 4 silver medals in British open competition at Jiu-Jitsu, and 3 silver medals in International open in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ).  Timur is married and has a young daughter.
