Puneet is responsible for business development at PTF.  He splits his time between identifying new sites and development opportunities directly with land & site owners, and building relationships with commercial agents to identify suitable redevelopment and investment opportunities.

​

Puneet qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG  before working at the Bank of Scotland in their Real Estate Joint Ventures Team.

 

As a real estate financier, Puneet advised leading property developers, volume house builders and hoteliers on their financing options and strategy.   

 

Puneet started investing in property in 2013 and has built up a high cash flowing portfolio across East and South East London, working closely with councils, social housing companies and registered providers of accommodation and support to vulnerable people.  

 

Puneet is married with two young children.  Outside of work, Puneet loves to keep fit and spend time with his children.
