After securing planning permission for this five bedroom new home in the Park Hill area of Croydon, we cleared the site completely in preparation for sale of the plot. This included carefully felling the trees that we secured consent to remove and erection of a new boundary fence.
Hopefully this will enable potential buyers to be able to clearly see the new plot and its full potential.
