Mission Hall - planning submitted (Prior Approval)

We have submitted planning permission to change the use of the Mission Hall, a charming building (formerly a Church) currently used as a workshop, into an attractive development of residential apartments.

This particular submission was a prior approval application from light industrial usage (Class B1c) to residential usage (Class C3). We would like to do more of these types of applications. But the permitted development rights for these applications will be expiring soon and it looks like they may not be renewed... in which case... back to the normal full applications.
