Have London's new build homes lost their Lustre

The capital’s luxury new-build apartment market has cooled in the past five years, partly because of tax hikes on second homes and partly because of uncertainty surrounding Brexit. In the new normal, developers need to be more realistic with pricing in order to be able to sell stock in sufficient volumes.
